Texas College Salaries is a volunteer-led effort to collect and publish the salaries of higher education employees in Texas.
We currently have data on 89,861 employees across 27 institutions.
We believe that the availability of this data is integral to promoting equitable pay in higher education and in holding our government accountable.
All of our data is obtained via the Texas Public Information Act.
